When RIDOT launched their Pell Bridge Off-Ramp and Access Road project, claiming part of the Waste Management of Rhode Island, Inc. site, WMRI called on the dual forces of Loureiro’s engineering and construction teams to not only perform significant site improvements to their existing site, but also design-build a totally new facility as well.
Loureiro put together a complete in-house package plan from both business units that best reflected the needs of the WMRI, while working closely to ensure all deliverables are met on time, at the highest quality standards. Through a full-service approach and streamlined communication amongst both teams, Loureiro will perform several integral site improvements from infrastructure for a diesel fueling station and stormwater management to utility services, landscaping, and more, while simultaneously constructing a new 11,200 sq. ft. Vehicle Maintenance and Office Building, which will include all site preparation, utility services, installment of a new drainage and sewer system, as well as all landscaping, paving, and all site finishes.
